Complimentary Room Accommodations
The following lists some of the amenities offered to Creature Comfort’s canine guests:

  • Piped in music
  • 5 complimentary exercise playtimes in Tucson’s First Pet Playground
  • Individual attention for each guest.
  • Indoor climate controlled suites (central air conditioning and central heat.)
  • Soft bedding provided – or you may bring a favorite blanket from home
  • Treats for our guests after each playtime and before bedtime.

Canine Vaccinations
Creature Comforts requires proof of veterinarian administered vaccinations.  Guests are required to have a current rabies vaccination, a current distemper/parvo combination booster, and a bordetella vaccination given within the last six months.

What to Bring
Required: Current vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian.
Optional:

  • Almost anything that will make your pet's stay more comfortable!
  • For the “light packer”, Creature Comforts  provides soft bedding and toys, such as tennis balls and Frisbees.

Canine Cuisine
Creature Comforts prefers that each guest remain on a diet similar to that they are on at home. For that reason, we request that you bring your own pet’s favorite food. Please bring food from home in individual servings, so we can best maintain your pet’s eating habits. If you choose not to bring food, we will provide our own food for an additional charge.

Check In/Check Out
You may check your pet in anytime during our office hours. 12:00 PM is our check out time with the exception of Sunday. The check out time for Sunday is 2:00. If you wish to pick up your pet after check out time, we only charge one-half of the nightly rate. Sorry, we do not allow pick up or drop off after office hours. We do not have an office staff at this time and our doors remain locked. We are closed on all major holidays.

Medications
Yes, we do administer medications to cats and dogs alike if required. We charge $0.75 per pill, $1.50 for ointment or liquid per ​dose, and $10.00 per insulin injection. Please bring medications in their original container if possible, and be sure to review your medication instructions with our office coordinator at drop-off.

Additional Services
Additional services include $5.00 for teeth brushing and $15.00 for coat brushing. ​

Tours
We are very proud of our facilities and encourage you to stop by for a tour anytime during our office hours. No appointment is necessary and we would love to introduce you to some of our guests.
