Welcome to Creature Comforts Pet Resorts!

Creature Comforts Pet Resorts offers two convenient locations in Tucson, Arizona. We recommend our resort at Ina and I-10 for customers departing from the Phoenix Skyharbor Airport, and our Broadway and Campbell location for those heading to the Tucson International Airport. Please feel free to stop by for a tour of our rooms and yards any time during office hours!

Much like a hotel, all our rates are on a nightly basis with a checkout time of 12:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 2:00 PM on Sunday. Check out after these times will incur a half day charge rather than a full additional night.

To ensure your pet’s check in is smooth and timely, we recommend that you review the checklist below before your reservation. If you have any questions, feel free to call us our Central location at (520) 792-4500 or our Northwest location at (520) 579-5678. We look forward to caring for your pet and making your reservation worry-free!

⧠      Vaccinations
For the health and safety of our guests, we require proof of veterinarian-administered vaccinations. You may call your vet and ask them to fax the records to us at (520) 740-0628 (Central) or (520) 579-5611 (Northwest), or you may present the most current certificate of vaccination that your vet has given you. We ask for the following vaccinations:

DOGS
  •      Rabies
  •      Parvo/Distemper Combo
  •      Bordatella (must be administered in the last 6 months)

CATS
  •      Rabies
  •      Upper Respiratory

We recommend that you report all vaccinations to us two weeks prior to check in. Please note that if you choose to update our records of your vaccinations at check in, you should be prepared for up to a 25 minute wait if the certificate is missing one of the vaccinations or another problem arises. We cannot allow unvaccinated guests into the resort, no matter how cute they are!

⧠      Food
We ask that you bring food portioned into individual meals for your pet. For example, if your pet eats twice a day and is staying for three days, you should bring six bags of food. We recommend ziplocs or similar bags. Canned food does not need to be divided into meals, and there is a refrigerator available for open cans and other perishables. Pre-bagging your pet’s food ensures that they receive the exact same type and amount of food as at home, which prevents dietary changes from creating stress. We also serve Pedigree dry and canned food for a charge of $2.00 per meal.

⧠      A familiar item
While not required, it is recommended that you bring one item from home that will soothe your pet for the duration of their stay. Popular choices include t-shirts, their favorite toy, a towel, or an old blanket. If it smells of your pet, you, or home, so much the better!

⧠      Optional
We provide dishes, bedding, treats, and TLC for all of our guests, but you may choose to bring anything that you think will be a comfort during their stay, especially if your pet is elderly, prone to anxiety, or has special needs. If you are unsure if you should bring an item, feel free to ask.

⧠      Medications
If your pet will be receiving medications during their stay, please bring only as many doses as they will need (or a few extra if necessary) and make sure all are clearly labeled. We count all pills, syringes, and other forms of medication every day to ensure the health of all of our guests, and counting 250 extra glucosamine tablets each morning isn’t as fun as it sounds.
